Our stay was fantastic, especially since it was conveniently located near our family and a variety of restaurants. The comfortable king room made our evenings relaxing after family gatherings.

my stay was great because everything I wanted to explore was within a few steps, making it super easy to enjoy the nearby parks and great restaurants like Coastal Ale House just minutes away, which made my weekend city strolls even better.

The location was perfect for walking to CCU stadium. Unfortunately, the room had a strong urine smell upon arrival.

The check-in process was efficient and quick.

The cleanliness standards were shockingly low. We encountered filthy conditions, including dog feces on the floor and urine on the bathroom door. The air conditioning was barely functional, making our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Wi-Fi was decent. Joe at the front desk was really helpful. Check-in was easy. The air conditioning could use some work.

Oh man, the local eats are where it’s at! Coastal Ale House, just a hop away, served some of the best smoked meats I’ve ever chowed down on. Plus, the location was a sweet 1.5-mile stroll to CCU stadium and nearby bars, and the staff was super kind and helpful! Not to mention, the price was just right for our spacious Queen Room!

Now, let's keep it real. it was a bit of a letdown when we found out it was nothing like the pictures. That 'kitchen' was just a mini fridge and microwave. And, the bathroom door had wood peeling off. Still, we managed to make the best of it! Everything else shined despite those quirks!

i almost thought this place might be okay, until i noticed dog feces on the floor, and urine on the bathroom door. gross, right? and don’t even get me started on the air conditioner that didn’t work, or why i wasn’t given a free upgrade for putting up with this nightmare. i just couldn’t recommend it.

However, the room showed signs of wear, such as peeling paint on the bathroom door, and the air conditioning wasn't effective enough, which made for an uncomfortable stay overall. For some comfort food, the homestyle Japanese dishes were a pleasant surprise.
